Elder Lonney Carr, has been actively doing literature evangelism and Bible work for the past 35 years. Over the years, he has worked with many pastors in the North American Division and has conducted evangelistic meetings which produced many souls won to Christ. It is his belief that the Holy Spirit is the active agent that gets the credit for all the souls that have been won to Jesus Christ. As a result of his diligent labor, disbanded congregations have been re-established and revived.  Many pastors have been encouraged by Elder Carr's passion for soul-winning and how it has helped to grow their ministries.

Elder Carr is also the founder, president and pastor for KIDS AGAINST DRUG ABUSE MINISTRIES, (K.A.D.A. MINISTRIES)

Amongst his many accomplishments in ministry, Elder Carr attended Oakwood College in Huntsville Al and served in various leadership roles in the Seventh Day Adventist church (Elder, Bible Worker, Literature Leader). It is his extensive leadership experience in these positions that has helped him to be a leader in the field of soul-winning.
